Roarland will commence shipping starting in August, orders will be fulfilled in the sequence they are received, ensuring that earlier orders are shipped first, with estimated delivery in October 2024.

Please note that these products will be shipped out as soon as they are ready.

  • – Roarland Edger and Roarland  Trimmer will launch in Spring 2025.
  • – Roarland Granular Spreader and Roarland  Liquid Sprayer will launch in Fall 2025.

Pickup Service

We are pleased to offer a convenient pickup service for our valued customers. You can pick up your Roarland products from one of our designated warehouse locations. Below are the addresses where you can collect your orders:

To arrange a pickup, please select the “Pickup” option during checkout of the shipping method and choose your preferred warehouse location. You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions once your order is ready for collection.

Notice: Due to the size of the packages, a pickup truck is required for collection.

Shipping Costs
We’re committed to transparency and convenience, so we’re introducing a shipping cost calculator at checkout. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your package during transit.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for the reshipment of the package.

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier-related issues. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return (subject to our Return Policy).
