本漏洞披露政策适用于Torbo品牌下的所有产品、服务和系统：

• Torbo智能割草机器人产品系列（TRB180BG系列、TRV180BG系列等）
• Torbo智能充电站及相关配件
• Torbo官网及关联网站
• Torbo移动应用程序
• 与Torbo产品配套的软件和固件

This policy applies to all products, services, and systems under the Torbo brand, including: robotic mower series (TRB180BG, TRV180BG, etc.), charging stations and accessories, official website, mobile apps, and companion software/firmware.

如何报告漏洞 / How to Report

如果您发现了潜在的漏洞，请通过以下方式联系我们：

请在报告中包含以下信息：

• 受影响的产品或系统 / Affected product or system
• 漏洞的详细描述 / Detailed description
• 复现漏洞的步骤 / Steps to reproduce
• 任何支持性材料（截图、日志等）/ Supporting materials
• 您的联系信息（可选）/ Contact info (optional)

我们的承诺 / Our Commitment

我们承诺：

• 在 5个工作日 内确认收到您的报告
• 在 10个工作日 内对漏洞进行初步评估和分类
• 在整个处理过程中与您保持沟通
• 在问题解决后通知您
• 对善意报告漏洞的研究人员表示感谢

We commit to: acknowledge receipt within 5 working days; provide initial assessment within 10 working days; keep you informed throughout; notify you upon resolution; express gratitude to good-faith researchers.

安全研究指南 / Guidelines

我们要求安全研究人员：

• 在公开披露漏洞信息之前，给予我们合理的时间来解决漏洞
• 不要访问或修改他人的数据
• 不要进行可能导致服务中断的测试
• 遵守适用的法律法规

Please: give us reasonable time before public disclosure; do not access/modify others' data; avoid service-disruptive testing; comply with applicable laws.

对于善意遵守本政策进行漏洞研究的活动，Torbo承诺不会对相关研究人员提起法律诉讼。我们视符合本政策的安全研究为合法且受保护的善意行为。

For activities conducted in good faith and in compliance with this policy, Torbo commits not to initiate legal action. We consider compliant security research as legitimate and protected conduct.
